Our paperless approach reduces the impact on the environment.
We issue all service charge demands and documentation electronically.
We do not send paper copies and we ask all our suppliers to do the same.
We encourage the use of green energy in the blocks we manage.
Wherever possible we also encourage our suppliers and contractors to use environmentally responsible products and consider their environmental impact when travelling.
Operating as a virtual team
BlocNet has successfully operated as a virtual team since 2009. Our staff have always been equipped to work remotely which has enabled us to spend more time with our clients and their buildings.
When travelling we consider the environment and minimise the impact wherever possible.
